- 2oz Empress 1908 Gin
- 3/4oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 3/4 Lavender Honey Syrup
- 1/4oz Rose Water
- Lavender Spring or Edible Flower
Instructions
- Rinse a chilled coupe glass with rose water
- Shake the gin, lemon, and syrup on ice
- Strain into the coupe
- Garnish with a sprig of lavender or edible flower
